Consumer Protection and Medico Legal Laws-20th June, 2019

In interactive workshop regarding consumer protection and medico legal laws in relation to dentistry was held at Narayana Dental College and Hospital, Nellore on 20th june 2019. Dr Divakar garu principal of Siddhartha law college, Vijayawada. Teaching Staff, pg students and interns participated in the workshop.

Dr Ch Divakar Babu outlined the need for handling of the patients with empathy and need detailed case history recording, written informed consent for specific procedures rather than a blanket consent for all procedures, careful examination and documentation of finding, Treatment advised and through recording of procedures done and writing legible prescriptions.
